This show was listed as possibly being from 1971, but
there was great uncertainy about that.  Someone wrote
about that: "Moving On was recorded in LA in 72-July and 
released late in 72-Fall. Mayall and band were in the Detroit 
area for a gig on 72-Nov-9. I would guess this show happened 
within a week of that date.".  That theory sounds plausible
to me.

Hey Friends, tonight I' m posting one of the highlights 
from my Collection!  The only excellent sounding tape I 
found yet from this lineup, and really a great show!
Unfortunately I'm not too shure about the date!  The Date 
given to me was 1971, but John Mayall anounces "Moving On" 
as from his latest LP, so I don't know.....(?) 

I remember listening to the "Jazz Blues Fusion" and 
"Moving On" LP's in the mid seventies, before I was aware of 
the various Bluesbreakers lineups....  An older brother of 
a schoolmate sold me all the LP's which came out after the 
Bluesbreakers, for a good price, ashamed that he charged 
money for such " bad" stuff, because he had moved his 
attention to the real Jazz......
